After completion of download extract the files using winrar

after installation open patching software.click on patch

So for example if u want to resume a www.mediafire.com download.
open the download link in firefox browser.
In firefox browser go to options and then tools tab
after that click on privacy tab.In this tab click on remove individual cokies
A separate window is opened named cookies
in that search for www.mediafire.com.remove the mediafire cookies came in search
results by clicking remove cookies button.after that close the cookies window
Now right click on the download link of mediafire and click on copy link location
Now go to download manager and double click on the link u want to resume
And paste the link u have copied in the address box and then press OK
now click on the resume button.Now it will resume perfectly
